Designed for guests who value flexibility, privacy, and the freedom to experience the mountains entirely on their own terms, our Private Program offers a completely personalized heliskiing experience in the Canadian Rockies.
From the moment your group departs Kelowna aboard a private helicopter, the experience is built around you. With a dedicated Koala helicopter, two private guides, and access to Mica’s vast terrain, your group has the freedom to set the pace, follow the best conditions, and make each day your own.
After skiing, return to your own Private Residence overlooking the surrounding peaks, with a private hot tub, sauna, fireplace, bar, and generous gathering spaces designed for time together off the mountain.
It’s Mica at its most personal: your group, your guides, your helicopter, and the freedom to experience the mountains your way. Ideal for families, friends, or anyone looking for a ski trip that is entirely their own.

- Return private helicopter transportation between Kelowna, BC (YLW) and Mica Lodge
- Dedicated Koala helicopter reserved exclusively for your group
- 2 hours of private flight time per skiing day
- Two professionally certified ACMG/UIAGM guides
- Single occupancy accommodation within the private chalet

Where is Mica Lodge located?
Our remote, fly-in only, backcountry lodge is located 150km north of Revelstoke, British Columbia in the western Canadian Rocky Mountains.

- Guests fly into Kelowna International Airport (YLW)
FLIGHT PLANNING
- Arrival: The day before your trip starts or prior to 9am PST the morning of your first day.
- Departure: After 4pm PST on the last day of your trip or the following day.
PRIVATE GUESTS TRANSFER TO & FROM MICA LODGE
- 2 hour flight from Kelowna by private executive helicopter
Travel Tip: We recommend you always fly with your boots as your carry-on luggage. For international guests, if your luggage does not make it, we can still get you out riding with borrowed gear.
Where does our group reside?
We are thrilled to unveil new lodging for our Private Program guests!
The Private Residence includes:
- Five well appointed King suites
- Elegant living room and entertainment space with a pool table and bar
- Private kitchen for intimate private dining and apres-ski gatherings
- Expansive outdoor covered deck that features a hot tub, infrared sauna and wood-burning fireplace
- Private massage room
- Boot room with personal lockers that include boot and glove dryers
- Private helipad is a few steps out the front door
A Typical Day
7:00am Guided stretch class (optional)
7:00am Cold breakfast in your Private Lodge for the early risers
7:30am Warm breakfast in the Dining Room
8:30am Ski and ride to your heart's content!
12:00pm Lunch in the field or lodge *It's up to you!
1:00pm Resume ski day
4:00pm Après-ski, massage, and relaxation
7:00pm Dinner service
9:00pm Evening socialization or relaxation
Booking Information
- A 20% deposit is due upon booking.
- The 80% final balance is due 16 weeks prior to your tour arrival date.
- All guests are required to complete a digital waiver and a paper copy of the same waiver on arrival. If you have questions or concerns about the waiver, please contact us prior to submitting your final payment.

Waiver of Liability
All guests are required to complete our Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, Assumption of Risks and Indemnity Agreement (the "Waiver").

Mica Heli is a Ship Skis partner. You can arrange door-to-door transportation of your gear to or from any address in the world.
