Designed for skiers and snowboarders seeking incredible terrain, intimate group sizes, and genuine mountain hospitality, our Classic Program blends exceptional heli-skiing with the comfort and atmosphere of our remote lodge in the Canadian Rockies.
With only four guests per guide and two dedicated A-Star helicopters serving a maximum of sixteen guests, groups move efficiently throughout the day while maintaining the flexibility to ski at a pace that suits their style and energy.
From perfectly spaced tree runs and legendary pillow lines to expansive alpine terrain, daily programs are thoughtfully crafted by our guide team around mountain conditions, weather, and guest objectives, maximizing both skiing and overall experience.
Evenings at Mica are equally memorable, centered around gourmet dining, fireside après, recovery amenities, and the camaraderie that naturally develops after incredible days in the mountains.

Where is Mica Lodge located?
Our remote, fly-in only, backcountry lodge is located 150km north of Revelstoke, British Columbia in the western Canadian Rocky Mountains.
Getting to Mica Lodge
AIR TRAVEL
Our lodge is most easily accessible from Kelowna International Airport in British Columbia. From there, your trip includes round-trip ground transportation to Mica Lodge.
Travel Tip: We recommend you always fly with your boots as your carry-on luggage. For international guests, if your luggage does not make it, we can still get you out riding with borrowed gear.
GROUND TRAVEL
For our Classic Program guests, we provide round-trip ground transportation on our private shuttle from Kelowna via Revelstoke to our lodge staging.
HELICOPTER CHARTER
To reduce travel time for our Classic Program guests, we are happy to assist in arranging charter helicopter transportation from Kelowna or Revelstoke directly to and from our lodge. Please contact us at reservations@micaheli.com for details and pricing.

Arrival and Departure Day Itinerary
Arrival
Our Mica Shuttle departs Kelowna at approximately 8:00-8:30 am PST on the first day of your tour. After a brief stop in Revelstoke, you will continue 150km north to our helicopter staging area for a short flight to our lodge, arriving around 2:00 pm PST.
Departure
On the last day of your tour, you will depart the lodge after a half day of skiing and travel to Kelowna via Revelstoke by shuttle. The shuttle arrives in Kelowna at approximately 7-8:00 pm PST.
Accommodation
We are pleased to offer preferred rates at various hotels in Kelowna and Revelstoke. You are encouraged to make your own hotel reservations and, when booking, please advise the hotel you are a Mica Heliskiing Guest to receive the preferred rate.

- A 20% deposit is due upon booking.

Before joining us for a trip, we encourage you to learn about the inherent risks of heli-skiing, what Mica does to mitigate those risks, and your responsibilities as a guest.

All guests are required to complete our Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, Assumption of Risks and Indemnity Agreement (the "Waiver").

Mica Heli is a Ship Skis partner. You can arrange door-to-door transportation of your gear to or from any address in the world.
Note: Due to the remoteness of Mica’s location, limited pick-up service in Revelstoke, and unpredictable winter weather, your shipment to or from the Mica office may require additional time in transit. Please take this into consideration to ensure a smooth, stress-free shipping experience.
