STEP 1: Review & Sign Waiver

All guests are required to complete our Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, Assumption of Risks and Indemnity Agreement (the "Waiver"). 

BY SIGNING THIS RELEASE AGREEMENT YOU WILL WAIVE OR GIVE UP CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO SUE FOR NEGLIGENCE, BREACH OF CONTRACT OR BREACH OF THE OCCUPIERS LIABILITY ACT OR CLAIM COMPENSATION FOLLOWING AN ACCIDENT

All guests will also be required to sign a paper copy of the same Waiver upon arrival at Mica.

If you cannot read and understand the Waiver in English, please notify us and we will provide a version in your preferred language.

Begin by selecting the COMPLETE WAIVER button to access Mica’s digital Waiver. Please review and complete the Waiver, then proceed to your email to verify your address and finalize submission. You'll then be directed back to the Mica website to review your package terms and conditions and pay your package balance. You will receive a copy of your completed waiver by email.
