Our response to COVID-19

Hello Mica friends,

I hope this message finds you and your families happy and healthy. I would like to take this opportunity to update you on a few immediate changes we have implemented in light of COVID-19 to ensure we are able to continue to provide you with the experience you know and love.

Firstly, we are looking forward to seeing you this year at Mica but we recognize that there are still many unknowns. To that end, we have created a special Booking & Cancellation Policy for Winter 2020/21 to ensure you feel comfortable booking. The full policy can be viewed here.

Secondly, the health and safety of our guests and staff has always been paramount to how we operate and it continues to be our top priority, as we get ready for this coming season. In preparation, our management team is doing a thorough review of all of our policies and operations and integrating the best practices being recommended by government and public health authorities.

Finally, as always I would like to say thank you for being part of the Mica Family. Thank you all (long term and
'soon to be' guests) for reaching out and continuing to connect with our staff. Over the next several months as
we continue to get more information about what our season will look like I will be sharing regular updates.
