As we prepare to welcome you to Mica this winter, we are taking careful and measured steps to ensure that every aspect of your experience has been considered. We are committed to doing everything in our power to protect the health and safety of our guests and staff and it is with this in mind that we have adjusted our policies and practices in response to COVID-19.
While the borders continue to be closed, we will be welcoming Canadian guests only. We have created a special booking and cancellation policy for Winter 2020/21 with the goal of making your commitment as easy, safe and flexible as we can. The full policy can be viewed here.
In preparation for the coming season, the Mica team has done a thorough review of our operations and have integrated the best practices recommended by government and public health authorities. We will continue to adapt our operations throughout the season as government recommendations and requirements evolve.
Finally, as always I would like to say thank you for your patience and support as we navigate through these challenging times. For our long-term guests who are unable to visit us this season, we hope you stay healthy and well and we look forward to spending time with you in the future. To our current and new guests, we cannot wait to share the Mica magic with you.
