MHS Reservation Policies
All rates are quoted in Canadian dollars and are subject to change without notice.
Payment is accepted by Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, personal cheque (that's "check" to our American customers!), cash, money order
or bank wire transfer.
Deposit
- A 15% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required at time of booking to secure your reservation.
- Full payment is due 120 days prior to your scheduled arrival.
- Deposits are transferable within the same season only.
Cancellation
- Cancellations made within 120 days prior to scheduled arrival are 100% non-refundable.
- For cancellations made prior to 120 days of scheduled arrival, MHS will retain your deposit.
- MGH reserves the right to cancel unpaid bookings without notice.
Refunds
- Should MHS not be able to provide you with the opportunity to ski/board the minimum
amount of vertical included in your package, a refund will be issued at a rate of $100/1000 metres
(maximum refund is $450.00).
- If the opportunity to ski/board is provided and a guest decides not to ski/board, for whatever
reason, no refund is possible if they do not achieve their vertical package.
- Vertical included in the tour price is considered a block, so a guest skiing/boarding
less than full vertical or no vertical on one day may ski/board this amount on another day,
at no extra charge.
Insurance
MHS strongly recommends that guests obtain trip cancellation, trip interruption and/or emergency evacuation insurance at the time of
booking. We also recommend that all skiers/boarders purchase travel or accident insurance. Your insurance broker can advise you as to
what other types of personal insurance you may require, such as disability insurance and life insurance.
MHS is pleased to recommend the Non-Medical Insurance Package (that includes cancellation and interruption coverage) and a Visitor's
Medical Insurance (Evacuation) Package offered by RBC Insurance through Revelstoke Travel Ltd. Visit
