Safety is our number one priority at Mica. We do our best to minimize risks associated with heliskiing skiing by working with top guides, pilots and using the best safety gear available. However, any form of backcountry skiing has risks, dangers and hazards; therefore, each guest is required to sign our Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, Assumption of Risks and Indemnity Agreement (Waiver).
Each guest will sign a digital copy upon payment of their trip deposit AND a paper copy upon arrival to the Mica office in Revelstoke, British Columbia. Guests under the age of 19 (minor guests) are only permitted with Mica's advance written permission and the minor guest's legal guardian must ski with the minor and complete the Waiver on the minor's behalf.
By accepting transportation to Mica's office in Revelstoke, British Columbia guests' will be deemed to have read and agreed to the terms of Mica's standard Waiver of Liability.
